Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

You can give him paracetamol to relieve pain and fever. I would like to know if there is any loose motion or vomiting. What is site and character and of abdominal pain? Are there any glandular swellings in the neck? I would also suggest ultrasound of tummy to look for any structural abnormality.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
