What Should I Do About The Constant Feeling Of Fullness In The Throat And A Small Hiatal Hernia?
Dear doctor My husband suffering from GERD. He has taken many PPIs as advised by doctors. but not getting better. Now he has the complaints of fullness in throat for quite long time.. Endo scopy done some time back. That time small hiatus hernia noticed but doctor said no need for surgical interference. Wht is your opinion doctor. Which medicine you can suggest as a trial. Ezomeprazole mag. With domperidoce acceptable. Kindly advice

Could be due to gastro esophageal reflux. You can take proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole, it will help.
