What Should I Do After Completing Multiple Courses Of Antibiotics For A UTI And Still Experiencing A Small Amount Of Discharge?

I have been treating a uti for a while now. I have undergone 4 courses of anti biotics and I’m on the 5th. I have had ceftriaxone(IM), levofloxacin, nitrofurantoin along with an antifungal drug, and then amoxicillin. After these my urine culture came back with no growth after 4 days. 2 times consecutively but I was still experiencing a tingling sensation when I pee. Went for a urethral swab(very traumatic) and staphylococcus was found and it was sensitive to ciprofloxacin. I was given azythromicin(500mg for 3 days), secnidazole(2g at once) and ciprofloxacin(500mg twice for 5 days). I just finished the cipro and sometimes in the morning when I try to milk my penis i see a little transparent/almost whitish discharge. It’s very little and if I don’t milk really well I do not see it. What should I do? All during this I’ve not been sexually active. It’s honestly tiring
