Hi,
It is in fact known that people with LONGER hair (especially females who wear the hair very long) complain of
headaches and for this reason keep their hair shorter or in a bun. But, in your case when you say that you SHAVE your head and still feel similar headaches then, this suggests that the length of hair really is not involved in producing the headaches.
Growing a beard is not known to be any sort of significant risk fact either for the precipitation of headaches therefore, I believe your headaches are more likely than not a product of some underlying stressful set of circumstances in your life that need to be evaluated and confronted. There are various relaxation methods such as controlled or paced breathing exercises that can calm a person down.
There are a number of other modalities that can help relieve stress and
anxiety (at least temporarily) such as TAI CHI, warm water baths, massotherapy,
acupuncture, and biofeedback. Any of these methods can provide some relief. Of course, finding the cause or causes of your stress and anxiety is the BEST of all methods to use since this can lead more often to permanency of relief than anything else.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
