What Should I Do For Painful Urination And Lower Abdominal Pain After Consuming Alcohol?
I am male 26 years old.5 ago i drink lot of alcohol and after that my urinary symptom is started like painful urination lower abdomain pain and pelvic tenderness.my urine culture was bacteria free.i visit doctor they suggest antibioticts but it did not cure me.i have no urinary frequency and urgency.what should do?is without frequency and urgency bladder infection possible?

The alcohol induced diuresis effect goes away after 24 hours of alcohol consumption.
In the time period where there is discomfort beyond that time, the symptoms should be evaluated for possible gravels or calculus in the urinary system which can present without infection in urine.
