Dear sir

As per your symptoms you might be suffering from excess of fluid accumulation in the body. It happens mainly due to decreased filtration by kidneys due to nephropathy or other problems
Secondly it might occur due to increased preload due to cardiac failure or decreased cardiac out put
For evaluating this you need to do penal function tests and 2d echo scanning. Which might tell us some information
Secondly it is advised to check blood pressures properly as it is associated with hypertension.

Thanks
