What Should I Do For The Edema Problem Along With Shortness Of Breath And Swelling Of Hands And Feet?
Hi. I am having some edema issues. I have shortness of breath. Hands, feet, and legs swell 24/7. I don't know what to do!! I have been to my doctor, had some blood work done and I've had an eko (i'm pretty sure I can't spell the whole word). Those test were normal. What do I do now. I'm not retaining fluid for Nothing. I'm 27,female
As per your symptoms you might be suffering from excess of fluid accumulation in the body. It happens mainly due to decreased filtration by kidneys due to nephropathy or other problems Secondly it might occur due to increased preload due to cardiac failure or decreased cardiac out put For evaluating this you need to do penal function tests and 2d echo scanning. Which might tell us some information Secondly it is advised to check blood pressures properly as it is associated with hypertension.
Thanks
