What Should I Do For The Pain In Eye And Headaches?

hi, I am a 50 year old female with a low heart rate of 45. I have hade problems with my eyes hurting very tired, and getting a lot of headaches lately. I was diagnosed with graves disease back in 06 but have been checked several times sense and have been told I don t have a thyroid issue. I would like to hear what I should do. I have missed a lot of work because I cant get up because of being so tired. oh I should also tell you I am on paxil for several years

Hello,

The first step would be to have some routine blood tests to screen for anemia, infections, inflammation, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel. A heart ultrasound and EKG would also be indicated given your abnormal heart rate.

If everything results normal then I would consider Paxil side effects as it may produce fatigue and somnolence.
