Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of blood in stools in absence of other symptoms like vomiting is likely to be allergy to formula allergy.
If there is no distension of abdomen or vomiting, its advisable to shift to breastfeeding if possible or hypo-allergic milk formula may be used.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
