What Should I Do If My Brother, Who Was Stabbed Near His Chest, Fainted And Lost Control Of His Bladder After Experiencing Pain?

Hi so my brother fell last night on a knife and stabbed him just below his chest area. He went to hospital they sent him home. Well he is in pain most definitely. But when he said he needed to go bathroom, he got up and fell his eyes rolled back and he went restroom in his pants. What should I do?
