Hi, my 11 year old daughter, 40 kg is suffering from high fever. It s been 24 hrs. Her fever is not settling after crocin ds. I gave her crocin ds first but no improvement so I gave meftal after 3 hrs. The fever went down for 2 hrs and after 3 hrs she again has very high fever of 103.2. I m doing sponging.
