What Should I Do If My Infant Accidentally Swallowed A Teaspoon Of Fabric Conditioner But Appears Normal And Has Fallen Asleep?

My 10 month old baby boy has swallowed a teaspoon of comfort fabric conditioner accidentally. I cleaned his mouth immediately n gave some water after some time. He fell asleep after 1hour since it was his sleep time. Before sleeping he was normal. What should I do? Please help.
