What Should I Do Or The Pain In The Butt Radiating Downward And Extremely Painful To Walk Started After Falling From A Stool?

I fell really hard off a stool, landed with a hard clog shoe at the small of my back. I guess it was more my butt, but not low down. The pain is pretty bad and is radiating. It s extremely painful to walk, lie down or sit. What should I do? Tried ice but it was painful to press it to the area.
