I'm 69. I'd a heavy nosebleed. It's settled now. What should I do to avoid having nosebleed again ?

I'm 15 and I used to get heavy nosebleeds for no reason and I had my nose cauterized to help stop the nosebleeds and it worked. Also it may be due to high blood pressure best go see your doctor about it
