What Should I Do To Cure Patches On Forehead And Cheeks?

I consulted a dermatologist .I have dark patches on the fore head . Anf white patches on the cheeks ..he suggested me to use demelan at night . The patches reduced when I use the cream .And the patches start as soon as I stop using the demelan cream... wt am I suppose to do

Along with demelan cream, use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 3-4 hours to prevent patches from recurring. Cover yourself with a scarf or hold an umbrella when outdoors. You could also use vitamin C containing serum at bedtime for maintainance.
