What Should I Do To Have Stronger And More Shaped Wrists As I Have Raynaud Disease ?
Hi, I am 30, female , BMI=23.05 but my wrists and hands are very thin. and my arms and hands are so weak. Are these symptomes related to my raynaud disease? What can I do to have stronger and more shaped wrists? Thank you in progress.
Thanks for the query. Your BMI is ideal and it is not Raynaud disease as you dont give history of pain or cold extremities. Is it a progressive weakness? Please meet a neurologist and get yourself examined for muscular dystrophy. Have a healthy living
