platelet of 114000/cumm is normal, if it less than 50,000 or 20,000.., then platelet transfusions may be required... since yours is within normal range nothing much to worry... there is no drug which can increase the platelet.., the drugs given are tab. MCBM daily once, steroids which will reduce the destruction of platelet...
