What Should I Do To Treat Muscle Tightness In Upper Back?
I have a very tight muscle in my,upper back..I say under the wing area. It affects my neck and shoulder terrible. What can I do? Imhave an awesome, chair massager that gets a spot that feels like a rock, but it hurts like crazy when pressure is,applied. What can I,do,to losen the muscles?
Your problems are apparently due to spasm ('catch' or tightening) of the back muscles.
A short (5-7 days') course of a combination of ibuprofen + paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone; and, hot compresses, will give you complete relief. You can rest assured of the efficacy of the advised medicines.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
