Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that infected nail known as Paronychia on the right leg for which you are taking antibiotic oral as well as ointment but it does not recover full..
Well it can also be due to ingrown toenail that can also cause redness, swelling and pain and will not recover till the nail that is grown in excess is removed..
In this regard you can consult a Podiatrist and get evaluated..
In case if there is infection you can be advised to apply a combination of steroid, antibiotic and anti-fungal ointment over it..
If it is painful topical application of numbing ointment and taking anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can help..
Do cool compresses over it..
You should soak your feet in Epson salt solution..
In case if there would be an ingrown nail then it can be elevated from the corners and excess is removed to resolve the problem.
But in case if it still cause problem then removal of the nail is the only left out option..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
