What Should I Give To My 10 Year Old Son For Vomiting?
My 10 year old has been throwing up with some diarrhea, it started about 20 hours ago. Now he's complaining of stomach pain. What should I give I'm? He's been drinking water, ginger ale and cocoanut water. He throws up everything he eats!! Please help, thanks

Child has developed some GIT infection.
Hydration to be taken care by giving him plenty of ORS.
Some GIT specific antibiotic like ciprofloxacin will take care of the infection.
