What Should I Take For My Sore Throat And Ears?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and have a real bad sore throat and ears. Also a cough that just will not stop. My throat looks like it has sores all in the back of it, my nose is not stuffy at all, but my body just hurts. Is there anything I can take for it that will not hurt the baby?

Hello, you need to consult an ENT Specialist and till then keep doing warm saline gargles and avoid cold beverages.
Basically you need an antibiotic and anti allergic medicines but after a throat examination and swab for culture.
