What Should I Take To Reduce My TGL Level Without Side Effect?
Sir I am 42 year old man . I have very high level TGL ie 554/- and tot al cholesterol 204.
I cand take any medicine due to side effect such as elevation of CPK and LDH . I have taken fenofibrate , lopide and astorvation, so please suggest any other medicine which will help me to reduce my TGL level without side effect. thanking you regards Vijayan, Chennai
I would advise you to take fish oil or any kind of omega3. They reduce TG. If you could take 1000mg omega3 2-3times daily it will help to improve your TG level. Anyway do not forget to monitor our CPK and LDH levels.
Regards,
