What Should I Take To Reduce My TGL Level Without Side Effect?

Sir I am 42 year old man . I have very high level TGL ie 554/- and tot al cholesterol 204.

I cand take any medicine due to side effect such as elevation of CPK and LDH .
I have taken fenofibrate , lopide and astorvation,
so please suggest any other medicine which will help me to reduce my TGL level without side effect.

Dear Vijayan Chennei,

I would advise you to take fish oil or any kind of omega3.
They reduce TG. If you could take 1000mg omega3 2-3times daily it will help to improve your TG level.
Anyway do not forget to monitor our CPK and LDH levels.
