Hello welcome to the health care magic.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

For delayed menstruation your work up is needed in form of estimation of serum TSH, serum random blood sugar estimation to rule out thyroid and diabetes. Hormonal imbalance also should be checked by serum prolactin, serum FSH, LH estimation. I suggest you to consult gynecologist for pelvic examination and trans vaginal USG scan to rule out ovarian problem if present. According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
