What Should Be Done For Difficulty In Bending The Left Hand After An Accident?

My son had a motorcycle accident last Saturday night. His left hand was really bad, but when he went to Urgent Care, they found no bones broke. He told me it doesn t feel any better, it actually feels worse! He can t bend his hand, and it is very sore. What do you think we should do? He had xrays also, but the PA said she couldn t see anything wrong in the bones, of his hand.

Hi,

It can be due to muscular injury or ligament tear.

You can consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan to look for any muscle injury or thin fracture which cannot be visualized in X-rays.
