What Should Be Done For Head Injury Causing Nose Bleeding?

My 2 year old hit her head right at her temple, 10 min later she had a nose bleed ( which she s never had one prior) it stopped then a hour later it started again both times lasting a few min, and small amounts, now 4 hours later again she never lost consciousness, vomited or acted strange!! 1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
