my wife was supposed to hav her periods on 10th jan but she missed them,v checked wth strip on 13th it showed positive result,on 15t6 vshe took mifeprimestone followed by misoprotol after 24 hrs she had bledding for abut 8 days n then stopped but now after stopping for 7 days she again has started bleeding n some clots n pieces of meat r coming out is it risky n wht should we do

If she is continuously bleeding with or without clots, she has not aborted completely. Incomplete abortion will cause such bleeding. You have to find out whether she has aborted completely or not. Since she is passing few meat like pieces, her process of abortion has started. Urine pregnancy test will not help you for this as it takes about a week to 10 days minimum for these tests to become negative after abortion. Please get your ultrasonography done to ascertain the completeness of abortion. If it is incomplete abortion, you will have to undergo surgical evacuation of the uterus.
Moreover, since you are bleeding for about a week or more, you will need antibiotic coverage to prevent any infection.
