What Should Be Done For The Sore Throat, Painful Teeth And Symptoms Of Sinusitis?

Hello I have been unwell for a week with a sore throat, sinuitis, painful teeth, swollen tongue and difficulty opening my mouth. Symptoms started as a cold / virus, moved on to sinusitis / sore teeth and have now moved onto a severely sore tonsils / difficultly speaking, the roof of my mouth near my real molars is also red and swollen. Symptoms are worst in the evening. I have been drinking warm fluids, taking ibuprofen and gargling salt water. Today was the first day I was able to open my mouth wide enough to see my tonsils!

After going through your queries i feel that you taking correct treatment but you missing antibiotic which help to recover you.
Beside your treatment you should follow some other medication also:
1-Taking antibiotic (Azithromycin 500 will be drug of choice in this condition )
Because this tonsilitis occure from U.R.T.I(Upper respiratory tractinfection).
2-Avoid talking .
3- If not get much relief in 2-3 days please go for E.N.T especialist .

Hope this help you lot let me know your opinion...
