The problem with your vision may be unrelated to the pneumonia. Flashes of light may indicate a problem with your retina. It is advisable to check with an ophthalmologist.
After an infection, feeling weak is common, resting, eating well, staying hydrated and monitoring your temperature for any recurrence of the infection is important during recovery from pneumonia. The dizziness may be related to a number of things including dehydration, recovering from an illness, but it also may be a sign of another problem. I would check with your physician to evaluate these symptoms further.
