What Should Be Done If A 1 Year Old Is Having A Mucousy, Yellow And Fish Smelling Potty?

Hi my 12 month old son who is on special milk powder due to suspected alergy. He is having Nutramigen 2 milk powder and bcoz he was preterm and his feeding with solids was not good he has mainly milk and fruit purée every day. Occasionally I give him a hard boiled egg yolk mashed up and I add it to his milk so that he drinks it.
Of late since 4 days he has very fishy smelly potty And it is mucusy and yellow. What should I do

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that your son has a intolarance for lactose, that is why prescribed alternative milk powder.
He can be given semisolids like veining foods, like farex, meshed potato, etc. He should be given the veining foods from the 6th month onwards.
Once he becomes 2nd month baby, he is considered as full term baby.
