What Should Be Done If Child Bleeds After Hitting Mouth And Losing Tooth?

I'm doing a project for school and I have to research what to do when a child is having a crisis. What should I do immediately if my child hits his/her mouth against something really hard, is bleeding profusely, and lost a tooth? An also what should be the next course of action?

Hi..the couse of action should be to first remove the child from the source of injury to a safe place...wash the mouth gently... remove the broken tooth from the mouth if it is completely detached... ask the child to gargle preferably by cold water as it will reduce bleeding... if bleeding dosent stops take to a hospital...
