Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are quite normal after a head trauma. But, the situation does not to be really concerning. I recommend having some rest and taking acetaminophen for the pain and an antiacid for your stomach.
Your situation will improve spontaneously in the next days.
If your situation worsens instead or improving, I would recommend going to the ER for a brain CT scan.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
