What Should Be Done To Cure A Shooting Pain In A Distorted Vaginal Lip After Delivery Stitch?
Had a baby vaginally / naturally almost 6 weeks ago. I had a 2nd degree tear. I had stitches & they were also at my clitoris area (I tore there too) . Almost 6 weeks pp and stitches gone, but my clitoris isn't the same. In fact it is detached / separated on one side from my vaginal lip. At times I get a shooting / stinging pain out of nowhere in that area. I think my clitoris nerves are all messed up. I know this is Not normal and do not know what could be done. Does this mean my clitoris is completely ruined?
Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
Its likely that clitoris could be partially detached from its attachment and the affection of nerves supplying the clitoris which are evry sensitive to touch could be causing the symptoms. Further opinion and management can be planned after assessing the clitoris clinically, suggest you to consult your Gynecologist. In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Wishing you happy and healthy life
