doctor i had an unconditional sex with my partner and we both aren't sure if we actually had an intercourse ( if he really ejaculated in)..... it was all out of love and now we are worried that it might lead to some serious problem.... please give me a solution

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion pregnancy occurs when seminal ejaculation occurs inside the vagina during fertile period.The first suspicion of pregnancy arises when there is missed period.So if there is a missed period consider doing a urine pregnancy test after a week of missed period.The pregnancy symptoms like nausea,vomiting,increased urination,sore breasts start 2 weeks after missed period.Hope this satisfies your query.
