Hi. I am 32 years old and recently has been overweight (85.9KG). my weight has been in roller coaster every time i am in diet mode i loss weight but after a long travel o about 3 weeks due to my work my weight is back and this time even gained double than the weight i loss. i have been worried about my weight. Please help me out
what you need to do is to control your portion size of whatever you are eating e.g if you are taking 1 nan/roti, reduce it to 1/2. One more thing which i mostly recommend to my patients is to take 1 or 2 glasses of water before lunch and dinner then take your meal after 15 minutes. By adopting these guidelines you will reduce your weight in short span of time.
