Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I thin that it can be due to metal reaction or loosening of implant. I would suggest you to get x ray of the leg to see if every thing is normal with the leg.
If there is any sign of loosening or metal reaction than you can get it removed.
If you are having pain than you can take tablet Brufen 400 mg per day. Avoid putting weight on affected side.
I find this answer helpful
