I am facing a problem on my scrotum. Red-brown patches of dead skin are being formed on it. I am unable to remove them with a body scruber as it pains while doing so. What steps can I take to remove those patches?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having dermatitis or fungal infection giving rise this problem.
Apply triple acting cream and Vaseline on scrotum.
Use glycerine soap for cleaning scrotum.
Avoid synthetic inner wear.
Ok and take care.
