General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

In the presence of strong odourous Urine and fever, I would consider the following possibility
1. Urinary tract Infection(Especially VUR)
2. Glomerulonephritis.

I would suggest you to get the following investigation done in consultation with your Pediatrician
1. Urine Routine and microscopy
2. Ultrasound Of Kidney, Ureter and bladder.

TAke care

Best regards
