Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the viral infection, or a bacterial infection due to the salmonella, etc. Or else it may be due to allergy, and secondary infection with the bacteria. I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms , ofloxacin, phenylephrine, citrizine, andparacetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.thank you.
