Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

It would be difficult to diagnose without a proper eye exam but based on your symptoms, one of the possibilities is that of an inflammation in the eye(iritis). This can cause pain, redness , blurred vision and small pupil. It should be treated as early as possile with steroid eye drops. Do not wait for worsening of symptoms to visit a doctor. To be on the safer side consult an ophthalmologist early.

Regards

Dr.Anupama
