What Should Be Taken If Pristiq Is Not Available?

I ran out of Pristiq, didn t realize there was no refill, called Friday for refill, called Saturday for refill as doc was in on Saturday, no one called it in and I am miserable. Doc wont be in until Tuesday, what can I do to maintain my sanity until Tuesday and make this sound in my head stop?

Prestiq contains desvenlafexine , a antidepressant. Probably if 3 days gap there. I don't think much problem you will face. But if medicines will available with old prescription there, you can get any company's devenlafexine. Otherwise substitute medicine like escitalopram, mirtazapine or low dose benzodizepines you can take with other doctor's prescription.
