What Should Be The Fish Intake In Diet Of Mother And Child?

I'm a 27 year old woman who is trying to conceive. I have a 2 year old daughter who still nurses. If we both eat fish twice a week, do we need to supplement with additional fish oil? How much fish should we be eating - up to 12 oz. a week for me? and how much for my 2-year-old? Thanks!
