The normal value varies from population to population.
However, in general the levels of
SGOT and SGPT should be below 40 IU/L.
Since, the levels of SGOT and SGPT are elevated in your case- upto 130 and 150, other liver function tests also need to be done.
Alcohol consumption affects the liver functions and can cause elevated SGOT and SGPT levels.
Fatty foods can cause
fatty liver and thus aggravate the liver functions.
Yes, you can have brown bread and
proteins.
Protein rich foods are pulses, eggs, fish, cheese and milk.
You can have ample quantity of carbohydrates and proteins.
Carbohydrates should be taken in the morning hours and avoided in the evening and night.
Proteins should be taken during evening hours.
