What Should Be The Normal Value For Range Of Urine Creatinine ?

Hi, I have a urine creatinine level of 319.1 and my reference range is 27.0-260.0. its the only inconsistency as BUN is ok, creatinine ok, Urine PH screen ok, protein ok, leokocyte screen negative, hemoglobin screen negative, protein/creatinine ratio ok. Does the high level of urine creatinine mean I should be looking at options like dialysis or I need to take another test?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you, that urine creatinine is never used for decision of dialysis treatment.
The most sensitive tests to decide are blood urea, creatinine, potassium rise above normal, increase in body fluids, which becomes symptomatic, etc.
If you can send the last reports and scan, to me as a direct question, i can give you an expert advice.
Wish you well.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
