Hi Tariq,thanks for query.For any age your blood pressure is high and as you have said it remains at this level you need to take treatment for this.Your weight seems to be high and you need to reduce that.Watch your diet,reduce salt intake,avoid junk food and do regular exercise.If you can reduce your weight by all this,you may be able to avoid medication for blood pressure.In other case if this does not help you have to take medicines.
