What Should Be The Range Of BP In Morning ?

my age is 26.In morning my bp 120/80 then increase in day from 130/83 to 140/88. Some time i feel bad. maximum time 130/86. Is it problem ? how can i do?

The normal BP of a healthy person is 120/80 but it can increase due to stress;work;walking;running;lifting weight etc.The BP of a person is not constant through out the day and the variations like you have seen are normal and there is no reason to worry.
