What Should Be The Time Frame Between Two Betamethasone Shot?
I am used to giving the second dose of betamethasone shot to patient 24 hours from first shot, in the preterm patient. She received the first dose at 1am and the doctor told the pt she could come back the following day at 10am; which would be 33 hours after the first dose. Is this ok? Do you know the time frame between doses?
