What Should Be The Time Gap Between The Meals?

hi, I want to know how much time gap should be there between the meals. Normally I keep 3 hours gap, but if I eat
light meal, i feel hungry in 2 hours, so can i eat some snacks in between. Sometimes keeping 3 hours gap after lunch i eat fruits, but fruis get digested very fast and again i feel hungry immediately after an hour, so my question is can eat buiscuits or take tea within half an hr or 1 hr. Will this affect the digestion of previous food?

hai,

Normally for every meal you should have at least 4 hours gap.
Don't take variety of food like rice,soft drink,biscuit,ice cream at a time.

you can have tea and biscuit in one hour gap.but limited number of tea 3 to 4 cups per day.

You should definitely give a gap between every meal or snack or fruits. whatever you take.

regarding your concern frequent intake of heavy food will affect your digestion. Tea,biscuit ,fruits(80 ml tea,2 biscuit,100g of fruit) will not affect your digestion if you take in a hour gap.
