hi, I want to know how much time gap should be there between the meals. Normally I keep 3 hours gap, but if I eat
light meal, i feel hungry in 2 hours, so can i eat some snacks in between. Sometimes keeping 3 hours gap after lunch i eat fruits, but fruis get digested very fast and again i feel hungry immediately after an hour, so my question is can eat buiscuits or take tea within half an hr or 1 hr. Will this affect the digestion of previous food?
