Hi,

It's common to experience some irregular bleeding or spotting when you start taking a new contraceptive pill like Qlaira, especially in the first few months. This is because your body needs time to adjust to the new hormonal changes. If you would like to switch back to Gynera, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider first. They can give you specific advice on how to make the switch safely and effectively.

In general, when switching from one pill to another, it's recommended to finish the current pill pack before starting the new one. This means that you should continue taking Qlaira for the full 28-day cycle, even if you are experiencing some bleeding. Once you finish the Qlaira pack, you can start taking Gynera on the first day of your period or on the first Sunday after your period starts. You don't need to wait for a specific interval period before starting the new pill.

However, if you have any concerns or questions about switching pills, it's always best to talk to your healthcare provider first. They can give you personalized advice based on your individual health needs and medical history.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
