What Should Do To Treat Muscle Pain In The Right Side Of My Neck?

hi I just have a question myfriend sson 8 years old yesterday when he was waking up he had kind of muscle pain right side of his neck. Kind of wrong move in bed I believed the cause. We put some vicks and ben gay. today is better but still hurt he says. what should we do?

Continue to use bengay for about 4 days more.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins for 3 days in morning and evening.
