Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Neck pain are one of the features which are seen of late in scoliosis. You should take care of your neck position. Your neck should be in neutral position and doing neck isometrics exercises will help you along. Don't use too high pillows during sleep and wear neck collar while riding two wheeler or when route is too much bumpy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
