What Should I Do As Thyroxin Tab Swallowed By 2 Yr Old Kid?
My baby (2 yr old) has swallowed 75 mico gram thyroxine tablet (about 5 in number) accidently. This happened 2 days ago. From yesterday she started limping . Is this the effect of the thyroxine tablet ? what should i do ? Please note that she has not met with any kind of fall or other kind of injury recently.

Single intake of even large dose of Thyroxine will not have major harmful effect on the body. It will just suppress the secretion of hormone from Thyroid gland.
It just replaces endogenous secretion. Limping is unrelated to Thyroxine intake.
Limping could be due to painful condition in the limb.
